Do you want to be part of an innovative, dynamic organisation that is committed to delivering the best care by the best people? We are looking to appoint people who are as passionate about high quality care as we are.

NELFT provides award winning community and mental healthcare for over 2 million people. We work to ensure our patients, their friends and family, feel confident that their health needs are well met. With an excellent reputation for research and development, our skilled health professionals are at the cutting edge of evidence-based innovation, opening up the possibilities for better ways of working and delivery of care.

We are committed to the delivering the best care for our patients. The successful candidate will share this commitment and demonstrate our Trust values.

We are committed to continuous learning to improve patient outcomes so this means that we are also committed to the professional development of our workforce. We want to ensure you have the opportunity to grow and progress within NELFT, so take the first step on this journey by joining us now.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a trained B6 RGN RMN who is motivated and enthusiastic about providing high quality care to join our Team at Mayfield, Thurrock Community Hospital which provides rehabilitation to older people living in the local communities. There are 24 beds in total, 8 of which are allocated for Dementia rehabilitation.

We aim to provide safe, effective, high quality care by working closely with patients, relatives and a multi-disciplinary team.  We offer an individual care pathway to improve and maintain each patient's independence with a view to enabling a successful return to home life or agreed alternative accommodation.

If you have the clinical experience, excellent inter-personal and communications skills, have the ability to work under pressure and the drive to want to make a difference, we look forward to hearing from you. In return you will get a competitive salary, Training and Development opportunities, Management and Clinical support and access to other NHS benefits.

Dependent on the nature of the post we can be flexible about the working hours, and the Trust is committed to the principles of Improving Working Lives.
