Internal vacancies: Performance Manager

Performance Team 

NELFT is shaping the future and recognises the importance of having a strong performance function across the organisation to ensure we continue to deliver on all local and national targets. The Performance Team requires a Performance Manager, the post holder will manage the performance team supporting the NELFT- wide reporting and information analysis whilst maintaining close working relationships and cross fertilisation of ideas across performance & business intelligence team ensuring the flow of information to: Locality performance leadership teams (LTs), Directorate performance, quality and safety Groups (DBM’s), commissioners and clinical service managers. Using information from performance, business intelligence, finance, QPS and clinical teams to analyse NELFT teams’ performance and compliance with quality and safety measures, and to suggest improvements that may improve quality, safety, productivity and efficiency either in a single team or across the trust.

Working with the Assistant Director of Performance and Director Performance & Business Intelligence, to ensure robust information is available for negotiation/technical meetings with commissioners regarding key performance indicators and service specifications and for CQC and NHSI to ensure NELFT complies with regulatory body requirements. The post holder will ensure reporting targets and milestones are met both internally and externally to other stakeholders, and they will attend and proactively influence DPQSG, leadership team and other meetings across the trust to ensure data and information is correctly interpreted, recommendations are understood and implementation is monitored. The post holder will build strong working relationships with Integrated Care Directors, finance leads, and clinical leads to embed data analytics and information analysis.

High Cost Area Supplement – London

This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £3,659 to a maximum of £4,664).
