We have an exciting opportunity for a experienced physiotherapist to join the Waltham Forest Rehabilitation Services as a band 6 in the Community Rehabilitation Team. The team consist of physiotherapist, occupational therapists, rehabilitation practitioners as well as rehabilitation assistants.

The team offers intensive rehabilitation (up to 6 weeks) to a broad range of adults in their own home.

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and dedicated person who shares the team's commitment in assisting patients to achieve optimum function and independence.

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, able to demonstrate sound clinical reasoning skills and possess excellent communications skills.

In return, you will be part of a likeminded, dedicated multidisciplinary team, and receive supervision and support in your continuing professional development (CPD) in a friendly and supportive team environment.

Starting with NELFT

NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment.  As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focussing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham Essex

High Cost Area Supplement - London

This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £3,659 to a maximum of £4,664).
