A fantastic opportunity has become available within our Intermediate Care Service to add to our medical team on Foxglove ward, King George Hospital following a recent medical consultation. The successful candidate will join our team in providing excellent care and rehabilitation for patients on Foxglove ward.
This is a LAS post with out of hours on-call opportunity. There is an office with access to IT and Medical Secretarial/PA services based on the Goodmayes Hospital site for work in relation to Foxglove Ward.
Service details and duties are contained in the Job Description. Main duties (non-exhaustive) include: daily ward round reviews, attending MDT meetings, carrying out delegated duties in the absence of the consultant, liaising with other professionals in patient care, referring to other services as appropriate, participating in cross-cover arrangements with medical colleagues, engaging in clinical governance activities and maintaining personal professional development.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
