An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Barking & Dagenham Community Cardiac Service for a dynamic, autonomous, experienced cardiac nurse to join a nurse-led team as a Cardiac Clinical Lead Nurse.
The service delivers care to complex cardiac patients close to their homes through a multi-disciplinary approach.
As a Clinical Lead Nurse you will have extensive knowledge, skills and experience delivering evidence based care to cardiac patients.
The post-holder will;
Provide high-quality clinical leadership for the B&D Cardiology team by having and implementing organisational knowledge relating to trust protocols and procedures and supporting all to adhere to them.
Support the development of high - quality cardiac care throughout the cardiology care pathways, supporting others to do the same through integrated and collaborative working.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
